I’m off on holiday today, snowboarding in Mayrhofen, woohoo! May even do something crazy when I get back, like post pictures or something… Maybe.

…its just that the new Mac Mini comes with a totally pathetic 256MB of RAM. Anyone who has ever tried to use OSX with 256MB will tell you that it is not a pleasant experience.
Yes yes, I could upgrade the installed RAM to 1GB (Why not two? Or will it maybe be able to take larger memory as it decreases in physical size?) But Apple are charging a nearly unbelievable £290 for an extra 768MB!
As yet, I have no idea whether or not end users’ will be able to upgrade the RAM easily themselves. Let’s hope so.
